LOST PROPERTY

Any lost property that is found on board our buses and coaches is handed into our office at the end of the drivers duty. If you are unfortunate enough to lose any property on board one of our buses please telephone us as soon as you can on (01622) 882288, then if possible we will contact the driver via our 2-way radio system and reunite you with your property as soon as it is possible.

Any property found on our Yellow schoolbus routes is kept at our head office in Aylesford.

For some Medway Routes, lost property is initially kept at our outstation in Hoo, then if not collected within a few days it is transferred to our Aylesford depot at the earliest opportunity for collection from there. Or we can put the property back on the bus with the driver for you to collect the next time you travel. To help us to identify the depot/vehicle please have your ticket with you when you call.

All goods except for perishable goods will be kept for a period of three months. There is No charge for the return of lost property.
